Henry & Sharon have been on the board from the very beginning of Preparing The Way Ministries. They serve as voting board members, as well as Randy & Bonnie's pastoral couple, and are committed intercessors. Henry also serves as the treasurer for PTW Ministries They faithfully serve at fundraisers and events to promote Preparing The Way Ministries.
Jeff Martin
Board Member
Jeff has been on the board of Preparing The Way Ministries since it started, and is a voting member of the board. Jeff has personal missionary experience and offers support and insight to the ministry
Ed Eby
Advisory Board Member
Ed has served on the Preparing The Way Ministries baord since its beginning. He is a confidante and friend to Randy. Ed faithfully serves at PTW fundraisers and events promoting the ministry. He is helping Preparing The Way Ministries with their plans to build a feed mill, as well as other- agricultural needs and growth in Kenya.
Ken Reinford

Pastor Ken Reinford has served on Preparing The Way Ministries'advisory board since the ministry was first launched in 2018. He serves as our pastoral representative from Petra Church, giving insight into the ministry. He has also visited Kenya several times to both accompany and lead teams to serve with Preparing The Way Ministries.

Glenn Weber
Development Director; US
Glenn Weber has worked as our Development Director since January 2024. He lives in Florida with his wife, Darla, and serves part-time with Preparing The Way Ministries, along with other international ministry as part of Mission Multiply, a ministry they launched in January 2024. His job at PTW includes development of programs and missions to Kenya and other countries, as well as making connections with individuals, churches and businesses to raise awareness and funds for Preparing The Way Ministries
Caitlyn Forbe
Admnistrative Assistant, USA
Caitlyn lives in Akron, PA with her husband, Ryan, and their 3 children. She has been our administrative assistant in the United States since June 2022. She provides day-to-day administratior for the ministry, as well as working with teams going to Kenya, organizing fundraisers, and more
David Weyulla
Admnistrative Assistant, Kenya
David lives in Nairobi, Kenya With his wife Fridah and has worked with Preparing The Way Ministries since May 2023. He works tirelessly to provide administrative support, and organize our conferences and crusades in Kenya. He is our "feet on the ground" even when Randy & Bonnie are traveling in other areas of Kenya and the world.
Alex Githaiga
Veterinarian, Kenya
Alex is a veterinarian who has partnered with Preparing The Way Ministries as We provide holistic care to the people of Kenya. He oversees our community empowerment partnerships. He is developing a curriculum for farmers and his teachings are revolutionizing farming in Kenya. We are honored to have him as a part of our team
Mbote Nduguti
Finance Executive, Kenya
Mbote joined our staff in April 2024. Prior to joining PTW Ministries he worked as a bank manager for 30 years. His job with PTW Ministries is to oversee the finances used in Kenya, ensuring they are being used efficiently and in a God honoring manner
Michael Mugo
Media Production Assistant
Michael’s role is to manage all technical aspects of audio, video, and lighting equipment for ministry events, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance of all media equipment as we capture, document, process and broadcast our content across all distribution channels.
Dorcas Wambui Wambugu
Business Manager; Kenya
Dorcas has been involved in Preparing The Way Ministries since we first moved to Kenya in 2018. She works as a business woman in Kenya, as well as for PTW to purchase many of the building supplies for our construction projects and food for our teams that come from the USA. Her skills have been such an asset to our ministry/p>

Boniface is a pastor in Kenya, and has helped Preparing The Way Ministries make many of our connections with other pastors and churches throughout Kenya. He faithfully serves as a member of our advisory team in Kenya.

In addition to being on staff with Preparing The Way Ministries Alex also serves on our Kenyan Advisory Team, He serves as a liaison with AgConnect Ministries' outreach in Kenya
lan Kagiri
Board Member
lan is an attorney and spent many hours helping Preparing The Way Ministries file paperwork and obtain the correct documentation to be able to legally minister in Kenya. We are so thankful for his willingness to serve the Lord with his knowledge.
Mbote Nduguti
Advisory Board Member
Mbote is a retired Kenyan businessman who has stepped in to provide business and financial guidance to Preparing The Way Ministries in Kenya. His insights have been invaluable as we continue to grow our ministry in Kenya.
Dorcas Wambugu
Advisory Board Member
Dorcas has been involved in Preparing The Way Ministries since we first moved to Kenya in 2018. She not only works for Preparing The Way Ministries as a business woman to purchase building supplies and food, she is also responsible for preparing and serving the meals for our teams that come from the United States. She provides a blend of Kenyan and "American" food, and the teams always have good reports about her cooking!

Preparing The Way Ministries frequently partners with Christ Assembly Worship Center and its head pastor, Bishop Joan Ngeruro, to preach at church services, help build new church buildings, and do other ministry events together.

Apostle Antony is a pastor that Randy & Bonnie have mentored for several years. Preparing The Way Ministries is regularly invited to participate in church services, help ordain new church ministers and hold crusades in partnership with Apostle Anthony.

Preparing The Way Ministries has started partnering with Bishop Jim Mwando at Solid Rock Church in various ministry events, including assisting with the ordination of new church ministers.

Mark Petersheim
Missionary
After a trip to Kenya in 2023, Mark decided to return to Kenya for a 6 month commitment. He helped PTW Ministries with several church construction projects.
Matt & Liz Yoder
Missionaries
At the end of 2023 Matt & Liz. felt a stirring from the Lord to serve as missionaries with Preparing The Way Ministries in Kenya. In July 2024, they moved to Kenya with their family for a 3 month term. As the Lord leads, they plan to serve in Kenya on a longer assignment in 2025.
